Squeeballs Party is a wacked-out collection of mini-games in which cute, little, living toys called Squeeballs act as the gear in a variety of sports challenges. The challenges range from the everyday activities of bowling and racket sports, where the Squeeballs are bowling pins and balls (respectively) to the more bizarre Stampede Challenge in which the player has to launch bombs at approaching Squeeballs before they can “overwhelm you with their love” (for real).[…]

Virtual Pet games have come a long way since the first Tamagotchi pets arrived in our pockets. SimAnimals Africa, the sequel to the first SimAnimals, takes gamers to the wilds of Africa where they will get to know the animals while exploring the exotic Serengeti. Like the traditional Sims games, players have an overhead view of the landscape and inhabitants. However, in this game, those inhabitants are all animals. Mystery Dungeon is the current series of Pokémon games, introduced in 2005, in which players play the game as a Pokémon creature rather then a human trainer. This may be one of the most difficult games I’ve had to describe yet because it is also one of the most unique and creative. I’ll start with the basics; Scribblenauts is a DS exclusive that combines elements of classic action games, such as Mario Brothers, with imaginative puzzle solving brainteasers like those found in the Professor Layton games.
