What It Is
Korilakkuma is one of the characters that is friends with Rilakkuma, the Japanese sensation that's slowly finding its way to America. Korilakkuma is a child-like white bear cub with a mischievous personality. She frequently plays pranks on Rilakkuma while he's sleeping. While she has the appearance of a bear, the red button attached to her chest makes it seems that she is some kind of toy bear versus a real bear. This Korilakkuma doll is about 20-inches long and made of super soft velvet-like plush. The bear's paws are full of what feels like bean bag stuffing. The doll also comes with a little illustrated board book that introduces Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, and some of the other characters, and has some phrases and sentences in both English and Japanese.
