Top Special Needs – Fine Motor Skills
Fine motor generally refers to the movement of the small muscle groups as found in the in hands, wrists, fingers, feet and toes. Many children with conditions, such as hypotonia or sensory processing disorder, and others, have difficulty or are delayed in this area. Physical and/or occupational therapy in addition to working with your child at home can help increase their fine motor skills. Below are some toys that can also help.
