What It Is
The Nerf N-Sports Vortex Aero Howler is a new version of the Vortex football. Of course, it's not a regulation football. It has a tail on it that allows it to be thrown further and be stable in flight. When it first came out close to 20 years ago, Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway threw the ball 100 yards. This new version of the Vortex has a hand grip so kids can target their passes better. Its long-distance tail sends it flying, and the ball makes a howling noise, hence the name, as it flies. This football is available in green or yellow.
Why It’s Fun
We're not as good as John Elway, but we did get the Nerf N-Sports Vortex Aero Howler to fly about 70 yards. We were really impressed with that distance, and we think kids will love hearing the football howl as it flies. The long-distance tail also makes the football easier to catch.
Who It’s For
The Nerf N-Sports Vortex Aero Howler is for ages 6 and up.
What To Be Aware Of
Additional Nerf N-Sports Vortex footballs are available and sold separately.
