Angry Birds and Star Wars have merged to transform favorite Star Wars characters into Angry Birds characters. The Angry Birds Star Wars app debuted at the beginning of November 2012 and instantly became a top seller in the Apple app store. The Star Wars-inspired Angry Birds characters can be played with off-screen thanks to stuffed characters from Commonwealth Toys. The Angry Birds Star Wars Darth Vader is a soft, cuddly version of the infamous bad guy, but his helmet is shaped a little differently than in the movies. Because the pigs are evil in the Angry Birds app, the bad guys in the Angry Birds Star Wars mash-up have pig-like features.
