What It Is
The Charge & Drive Fire Truck is a remote-controlled vehicle that lets kids imitate their favorite rescue vehicle. The two-in-one steering wheel is both the remote and the charger. Click the truck into the wheel to charge. It takes about six minutes to charge, and you get six minutes of continuous play. The remote has two buttons. One makes the truck go forward and the other makes the truck change directions. Realistic car sounds mimic the roar of an engine when the truck moves forward, and kids will hear honking when the truck spins and changes direction.
Why It’s Fun
The steering wheel remote is very easy for young kids to use. Kids will love hearing the different sound effects as they control where the fire truck goes.
Who It’s For
The Charge & Drive Fire Truck is for ages 18 months and up.
What To Be Aware Of
Six minutes of continuous play usually translates into a bit longer in terms of elapsed time, as the truck is not always running as kids play.
The truck runs on a built-in rechargeable NiMH battery pack, but the steering wheel requires four AA batteries, which are not included.
