What It Is
In Furry Friends Dominoes, cats and dogs (instead of dots) help children with matching and numbers. If you're playing with two players, each player receives seven tiles. Four players get five tiles each. Play is similar to regular Dominoes. The first player places one tile down face-up. The next player either has to match one of the numbers on that tile. So if the first tile has a 6 on one end and a 0 on the other end, the second player must play a tile with a 6 or 0. Then the next player must play a tile that matches one of the numbers on either the first or second tile. If you don't have a matching tile, you take tiles from the extra pile until you find a match. The player who gets rid of all his tiles first wins. The game comes with 28 two-inch by four-inch Dominoes tiles and an instruction sheet.
Why It’s Fun
The large and colorful images of animals on each Dominoes tile will engage young children as they play. This is a fun way to help preschoolers with matching skills.
