What It Is
My Talking LapPup is a child-sized pretend laptop that features more than 40 learning activities, songs, and more. Scout the dog's mouth animates whenever Scout talks and sings. There are three ways to play. Kids can press each of the five buttons hear music, sing along to songs, and learn about shapes, colors, numbers, counting, and opposites. Kids can also spin the roller for rattle fun, slide the puppy biscuit back and forth, and open and close the Scout-shaped lid. For a game of peek-a-boo, lift and close the lid. Scout will respond to kids as they play. When playtime is over, fold down the lid and use the carry handle to bring My Talking LapPup wherever you go.
Why It’s Fun
My Talking LapPup engages children with colorful lights, sounds, and an engaging puppy who talks and sings. As children play, they're exposed to shapes, letters, numbers, colors, and opposites. The play also helps children develop fine motor skills.
Who It’s For
My Talking LapPup is for ages 6–24 months.
What To Be Aware Of
Two AA batteries are included, but they power the in-store try-me features. LeapFrog recommends replacing them before you play for best results.
After a period of inactivity, My Talking LapPup will turn off automatically. You can wake it up again by pushing a button.
