What It Is
With the Trade Federation MTT (which stands for Multi-Troop Transport), kids can deploy 20 droids into battle. This iconic vehicle from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace is two feet long and features electronic lights and sounds, firing projectiles, and motorized droid deployment. It comes with 20 battle droid figures (four fully poseable figures and 16 battle-posed figures) and an Obi-Wan Kenobi figure. The droid figures fit inside the cockpit, and the upper hatch opens to access storage space. The side hatches open to reveal blaster racks and a droid transport area. To activate the motorized troop deployment, press the extend button (up arrow) and the rack slides out, the platforms swing down, and the shields swing up. Push the middle button on top of the vehicle for battles sounds, droid dialogue, and engine sounds. When the battle is over, manually raise the platforms and push in the support brackets to secure them to the deployment rack. Then pivot both shields down and lock them in place. Press the retract button (down arrow) and the rack automatically slides into the vehicle.
