What It Is
First Puzzle Blocks is actually six different puzzles in one set. The puzzle pieces are four two-inch cubes with different images on each of the six different sides. Kids can put the cubes together to build a fire engine, a dog, a car, a sun, a top, or a banana. Find the sides of the cubes with similar colors and images, then put them together to form the complete picture. A six-page answer sheet is included.
Why It’s Fun
This is a fun way to help preschoolers use cognitive thinking skills as they match, build, and assemble the cubes. The cubes are chunky enough for small hands to easily grasp, and preschoolers can also stack the cubes for a different way to play.
Who It’s For
First Puzzle Blocks is for ages 2 and up.
What To Be Aware Of
When the blocks are assembled, the finished puzzle measures five inches by five inches by 2.5 inches.
This is a very simple way to help kids develop a wide variety of perceptual skills presented at a level that's appropriate for different levels of development. With the youngest kids, co-play with a parent, caregiver or older sibling is recommended.
