What It Is
The SparkleUps Owls kit lets kids make sparkly stickers of owls and flowers using stick-on jewels. To decorate the stickers, kids follow a numbered key. Each of the colored jewels is assigned a number. Find a number on the sticker and place the appropriate jewel on top. (It's the same concept as paint by number only with stickers.) Once kids have finished putting the jewels on the stickers, they can use the stickers to decorate mirrors, notebooks, purses, cell phones, and more. The stickers can be peeled up with no leftover residue and used again and again. The kit comes with eight repositionable stickers and more than 550 sparkling jewels.
