What It Is
Nickelodeon Floam is back. Floam is a reusable molding compound with a bead-like consistency. (For those not familiar with it, Floam is like tiny styrofoam beads in a gooey compound.) It makes a crunchy sound when you squeeze it. You can play with one color or combine colors to make all sorts of creations: animals, cars, monsters, and more. After you're done playing with Floam, squish it back into the container and use it again and again or let your creation harden overnight and keep it forever. The included instruction booklet offers tips and project ideas for using Floam. Floam comes in a variety of colors, including Rockin' Red, Electric Yellow, Purple Power, Posh Pink, Glimmer Green, Blazin' Blue, Forest Green, White Sands, Blue Waters, Orange Sunset, Purple Poppy, and Pitch Black. Each is sold separately.
Why It’s Fun
Once kids pick up Floam, they won't want to put it down. It's got a great texture and can be used in so many ways, engaging kids in imaginative and creative play. For parents who remember the original Floam from when they were kids, now the fun is back and can be shared with today's kids.
Who It’s For
Floam is for ages 6 and up.
What To Be Aware Of
If Floam is slightly dry when you take it out of the package, add a few drops of warm water to soften.
Floam is washable and non-toxic, but it may cause an allergic reaction in hypersensitive individuals.
Don't eat Floam. Keep out of reach of pets and small children. Keep it away from faces, eyes, and hair. In case of accidental contact, use running warm water to dissolve.
Floam should not stain, but wearing old clothes or an apron is recommended while playing with it. Avoid prolonged contact with fabrics and carpeting as staining may occur. Remove Floam from fabrics as soon as possible.
