Nickelodeon's Gak is back! Gak is a squishable, squeezable, squashable, stretchable, bounceable, ploppable, poppable compound. The splat-shaped container lets kids make all sorts of wacky sounds when they squish the Gak around inside the container. Outside of the container, stretch it, bounce it, bubble it, or "frrrt" it. (Yes, you can make it sound like the Gak passed gas.) Series 1 of Gak is available in six colors: You Blue It!, Yakkity Yellow, Rebel Red, Purple Panic, Tickled Pink, and Goo Green. Series 2 colors include Planet Purple, Gross-Out Green, Batty Black, WOW! White, Blast-Off Blue, and Outrageous Orange. Each is sold separately.
Gak is a gooey compound that once kids pick up, they won't want to put down. It's kind of gross, but that's exactly why kids will find it appealing. For parents who remember the original Gak from when they were kids, now the fun is back and can be shared with today's kids. Kids will like all the different things they can do and the funny sounds they can make with Gak.
Gak is for ages 6 and up.
The company says you can bounce Gak, but we had problems getting it to bounce.
The splat-shaped container looks cool, but it is hard to get the Gak compound out of the sides of the container. You can only get about 80 to 90 percent of the compound out of the container.
Gak may cause an allergic reaction in hypersensitive individuals.
Do not eat Gak. Keep away from face, eyes, and hair. In case of accidental contact, use running warm water to dissolve.
Avoid prolonged contact with fabrics and carpeting as staining may occur. Remove Gak from fabrics as soon as possible.
