What It Is
The LEGO Star Wars X-Wing Starfighter building set comes with 560 pieces that kids use to build the classic X-Wing Starfighter. This iconic vehicle features wings that fold into attack mode, two proton torpedoes, retractable landing gear, and an opening cockpit. It comes with four minifigures: Luke Skywalker, Jek Porkins (making its LEGO Star Wars debut), R2-D2, and R5-D8. Accessories include a blaster, a lightsaber, and extra wing markings.

What To Be Aware Of

There are five bags of pieces and the included assembly booklet walks you through the building process with step-by-step instructions. No matter how long it takes you to build, remember that building is part of the fun of LEGO.
Kids can use the X-Wing Starfighter to battle against the LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter, which is sold separately.
