- Repeat Play — Will kids come back to it over time? Does the toy allow diverse imaginative play experiences? Does it provide longer-term play value?
- Collectibility — Some toys may have limited traditional play, but kids will treasure them as collectibles.
- Assembly/Instructions — Is the toy easy to assemble? Are the instructions clear?

What It Is
With Elmo's Cell Phone, kids can "call" Sesame Street characters. This kid-sized phone easily slides open and shows a picture of the character you're going to call—either Ernie, Oscar, or Abby Cadabby. The phone makes ringing noises and the characters will say different phrases. Press the number buttons to hear letters, numbers, and more character phrases. Slide the phone closed to "hang up." Each time kids open the phone, the character picture changes.

Young kids like to emulate their parents. So when they see mom and dad with cell phones, kids want a cell phone, too. Elmo's Cell Phone is a pretend phone that lets babies, toddlers, and preschoolers have an age-appropriate cell phone experience with favorite Sesame Street characters.

Elmo's Cell Phone is part of a line of Sesame Street toys designed for babies and toddlers from Hasbro's Playskool brand.
Elmo's Cell Phone comes with two AAA batteries, but these are for in-store demo purposes, and Hasbro recommends replacing them before you play for best results.
