What It Is
Tactile play, put-and-take play, and object manipulations are important components of play, particularly for developing infants. That's why the classic ball, sized right for small hands, is included in many interactive toys targeted to the youngest kids, and it's used throughout the items in the Having a Ball line. The Pop & Ball Roadster is a ride-on with lots of action. Silly sounds are activated when balls are dropped into the steering wheel and roll into the transparent hood. Pull the gearshift to launch the balls from the hood. There are two buttons on the dash that make horn and engine sounds. This has a wide sturdy seat for comfort. When playtime is done, the balls store in the hood. This comes with four balls.
Why It’s Fun
Kids love playing with balls, and toys such as the Pop & Ball Roadster are great ways to help children develop fine motor skills. This is also good for introducing children to cause and effect as babies pull the gearshift and watch the balls pop out. The action of the balls and the sounds engage babies as they ride.
