- Repeat Play — Will kids come back to it over time? Does the toy allow diverse imaginative play experiences? Does it provide longer-term play value?
- Collectibility — Some toys may have limited traditional play, but kids will treasure them as collectibles.
- Assembly/Instructions — Is the toy easy to assemble? Are the instructions clear?

What It Is
New in Fisher-Price's Topzy Tumblers line is the Twirlin' Tumblin' Fun Park. Press the star to activate sounds, music, and motion. The Topzy Tumblers characters can ride around the Ferris Wheel. Or babies can take the Tumblers and send them down the slide where they will eventually end up near the poppers and get popped up the steps, and then slide back around to do it again. There is also a roller on the front that kids can spin for different sounds and lights. The tumblers are easy for small hands to grasp and make a great clacking noise when shaken.
Why It’s Fun
There's lots for babies to do with the Twirlin' Tumblin' Fun Park. The lights and music keep babies engaged as they work their fine motor skills picking up the Tumblers and rolling the roller. The Tumblers characters are chunky and easy for small hands to grasp. The Twirlin' Tumblin' Fun Park is designed to introduce babies to cause and effect and help develop eye tracking as babies watch the Tumblers flip end-over-end and pop up the steps.

What to Be Aware of
Adult assembly is required, but no tools are needed.
Three C batteries are included, but they are for demo purposes only and Fisher-Price recommends changing these before you play.
