What It Is
The Liv dolls are all about hairplay, and the new Liv Color Change dolls take that to a new level.
Like with any other Liv doll, girls can still change a doll's wig. But with the Color Change dolls, girls can also change the color of the dolls' lipstick, eye shadow, fingernails, toenails, and colored hair streaks. Dip the applicator into icy cold water and swipe it over the doll's lips, nails, hair, and face to "put on" the doll's makeup, "paint" the doll's nails, and give the doll a funky color streak. Once the doll dries, the colors go away so girls can do it all over again.
Each doll comes with a dress, a robe, a brush, a pair of earrings, a pretend nail polish bottle/applicator, and a pair of sandals. Additional wigs are sold separately. The Liv Spa Playset is sold separately for about $24.99.
Why It’s Fun
The Color Change dolls are part of a new spa theme for the Liv dolls. What do women do when they go to the spa? Hair, makeup, manicures, pedicures. The Liv Color Change dolls let girls pretend to do all of that and have their very own spa day.

What to Be Aware of
To activate the color change features, you must use very cold water. We think it's easier to take an ice cube, place it on a plate, and touch the applicator to the ice cube. The color change effects only last for a few seconds.
