- Fun — Does it engage the child? Does it inspire imaginative play? Does it contribute to creative expression? Is it entertaining?
- Repeat Play OR Collectibility — Some toys are played with, some are collected. If we feel a toy is better suited for collectibility, we’ll rank it based on Collectibility instead of Repeat Play.
- Repeat Play — Will kids come back to it over time? Does the toy allow diverse imaginative play experiences? Does it provide longer-term play value?
- Collectibility — Some toys may have limited traditional play, but kids will treasure them as collectibles.
- Assembly/Instructions — Is the toy easy to assemble? Are the instructions clear?

What It Is
The MEGA Bloks BlokTown Garage lets kids "fix" cars and trucks, just like at a real auto garage. This 43-piece building set comes with a garage attendant figure, a truck and car, two gas pump stations, themed stickers, spare tire blocks, and a garage with car lift. The garage can be built and rebuilt in many ways, never limiting a child's creativity. The BlokTown Garage is compatible with other BlokTown building sets.
Why It’s Fun
The BlokTown sets are great for letting kids play out stories of the world and people they see around them every day. Not every kid will grow up to be an auto mechanic, but tons of kids love playing with cars, which are endlessly fascinating to them. (As is the make-believe play of fixing things. It's very empowering.) The BlokTown Garage reflects things kids see around them and offers lots of opportunities for open-ended, narrative play—as the "hero", of course, who can save the day by fixing the car. (Hey, we all know how amazing it is that someone can fix our cars, right?)

What to Be Aware of
Because BlokTown Garage is part of the MEGA Bloks line of preschool building sets, the block pieces are large enough for small hands to grasp, making this set easy for little kids to put together.
We recommend putting the stickers on the blocks as you build. If you wait until the end to put on the stickers, it can be difficult to place the stickers where they need to go.
