Our editorial team has more than 100 years combined experience working in the toy industry. Our rating system ranks toys on 4 key criteria:
- Fun — Does it engage the child? Does it inspire imaginative play? Does it contribute to creative expression? Is it entertaining?
- Repeat Play OR Collectibility — Some toys are played with, some are collected. If we feel a toy is better suited for collectibility, we’ll rank it based on Collectibility instead of Repeat Play.
- Repeat Play — Will kids come back to it over time? Does the toy allow diverse imaginative play experiences? Does it provide longer-term play value?
- Collectibility — Some toys may have limited traditional play, but kids will treasure them as collectibles.
- Assembly/Instructions — Is the toy easy to assemble? Are the instructions clear?

What It Is
The OgoSport OgoDisk is a versatile outdoor toy. The OgoDisk is a foam ring with a fabric center. Think of it as a mini-trampoline that you hold in your hand. You can catch and throw OgoSoft balls up to 150 feet, bouncing them off the fabric center or using it as a kind of catching platform, or use the disk as a throwing disk. The OgoDisk adapts to many sports activities such as volleyball, baseball, and tennis. You can even bounce water balloons off of the OgoDisk. It's a great pool or beach toy because it won't sink in the water.
The OgoDisk comes in three sizes: an 18-inch Super OgoDisk, a 15-inch Mezo OgoDisk, and a 12-inch Mini OgoDisk. Each set comes with two disks and an OgoSoft ball, which is a squishy ball made of plastic filaments.
Why It’s Fun
This sports toy provides unlimited possibilities for inventive and active play. Kids will like being able to create their own OgoDisk games, as well as playing classic games, such as tennis, in a whole new way. But best of all, the OgoDisk gets the whole family moving around outside.

What to Be Aware of
You can bounce any ball with the OgoDisk, but if you lost the included OgoSoft ball or want to add more, the company sells extra OgoSoft balls in a set of three. The set retails for about $7.70.
