Forget everything you know about Mickey Mouse being a cute and giggly character because he is about to show you that he has the tools to tackle an awesome adventure. Epic Mickey finds the famous mouse in an alternate universe called Wasteland, where Disney's long forgotten characters and attractions from the 1930s and 1940s reside. Playing as Mickey, you will be armed with paint and paint thinner, which will allow you to explore and change Wasteland while trying to rescue Mickey's forgotten cartoon friends and find the source of evil that is destroying the land. Players will have to find creative solutions to challenges in the game that will lead to various outcomes and possibilities.
This is not the shiny, happy land of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse but an imaginative and visually arresting world that adults will enjoy exploring as much as kids and teens. Older gamers and Disney fans of all ages will love the classic Disney characters and settings, which includes the ability to play through Steamboat Willie, the first of Mickey's "talkie" cartoons from 1928.
Disney Epic Mickey is due in stores on November 30 and is expected to be rated Everyone 10+.
