Dish up hours of delicious learning fun with this colorful counting and stacking game. How high can the scoops be stacked? The game includes a base with a speaker and an ice cream dish as well as molded plastic scoops of ice cream in different colors. They're sized right for little hands, too. Listen carefully because the game will tell you the color and number of scoops to stack next. But look out—the wrong move can topple the whole sundae! Be the first player to stack all of your scoops, plus the whipped topping, to win the game.
This fun, interactive, and totally yummy-looking game reinforces color recognition, number sense, counting, and fine motor skills. Kids will love the talking dish and sound effects, as well as being able to play with their "food" for once. The Sky High Scoops Colorful Count & Seek Electronic Game comes with 16 plastic ice cream scoops (two each of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, brown, pink, and white) and adjustable volume. It requires three AA batteries, which are not included. The game is for two to five players.
We found that the scoops are designed with an appropriate level of challenge for preschoolers. The stacking is easy for them to do, and they love being able to get the stack pretty high before it's at risk of toppling over. For a very basic game, this got a lot of positive response with kids eager to play again.
