What It Is
Kids can learn to bat like the Major League Baseball pros with the MLB Learn to Play Electronic Pitching Machine. It comes with six plastic baseballs. Load the balls onto the pitching machine, and turn on the machine. Tilt the pitching machine with its opening toward the batter to the desired pitching angle. The unit has three different angles. When the machine is turned on and the motor reaches its operating speed, a ball will drop into the chute. A red light will come on immediately before each ball shoots out of the chute opening. The remaining balls will drop into the machine as the pitching cycle continues. The unit will pitch approximately seven seconds apart. After all loaded balls have been pitched, the motor shuts off. The red light will remain on until more balls are placed in the carriage or the unit is turned off.
Why It’s Fun
For young kids who want to hit like Derek Jeter (or whoever their favorite pro baseball player is), the MLB Learn to Play Electronic Pitching Machine is a fun way to help kids practice their hand-eye coordination and swinging skills. It's also a great way for parents and kids to get outside and play together.
Who It’s For
The MLB Learn to Play Electronic Pitching Machine is for ages 5 and up.
