The Pokémon Company and Nintendo just dropped a Poke-bomb on us with the announcement of the next generation of Pokémon video games, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y! The two new games will be available in October (2013) exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
Pokémon X and Pokémon Y will feature a new storyline set in a 3D world, dynamic battles and, of course, new Pokémon!
The official press release also contained this interesting tidbit, “Pokémon X and Pokémon Y will be the blueprint for an exciting array of new animation, Pokémon TCG, and toys debuting around the world.” Sounds exciting.
