What It Is

Monsters, Inc. Monster Time is a board book re-telling of the Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc. This lift-the-flap book includes more than 30 flaps for kids to lift and discover other monsters and where Boo is hiding. The 10-page book introduces kids to Monstropolis and takes kids inside Monsters, Inc. on the day that Sulley discovers a little girl, named Boo, has gotten into the monster world. Will Sulley and his pal Mike be able to solve this kid-tastrophe? The book is written by Andrea Posner-Sanchez and illustrated by Scott Tilley and Ken Becker.

Why It’s Fun

This book is a fun way to bring young Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University fans into Sulley and Mike's world. As kids lift the flaps, they become actively engaged in the reading process. Even if kids can't really read yet, they can pretend to as they play with the book—something that is fun and engaging because it generally makes kids feel more grown-up.

Who It’s For

Monster Time is for Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University fans ages 2–5.

What To Be Aware Of

The flaps in this book are thin but sturdy.
