Jakks Golden Tee Deluxe Plug & Play TV Game
My kids are video games fanatics. They have wii’s (yes, plural), PS3, DS’s, iPods and more. They love just about anything to do with video games. We got the Golden Tee Deluxe plug-n-play and they couldn’t wait to get started.

Spooner Board
We got quite the surprise a couple weeks ago with an early snow storm in Colorado. Our old sled was broken so the boys were a little upset. I had just gotten two Spooners in for review so I thought we’d test them out in the snow.

MindFlex Duel
My boys saw the original MindFlex game last Christmas and started begging for it. It was pricey and I didn’t think they would be interested in using it more than a couple times, so I held off. Recently I was sent the MindFlex Duel to review, so the boys were very excited.

Gamewright’s City Square Off
The ages for this game say 8+, so my 8-year-old and I played it. She liked it. The object of the game is to build up your “city” on a grid. Each player has the same set of Tetris-like pieces, and a deck of cards randomly directs you to add one of the pieces to your grid on each turn.

The Incredible Shrinky Dinks Maker
We got to review the The Incredible SHRINKY DINKS Maker. I remembered making shrinky dinks in my oven as a little kid so I was excited to try this out with my 5 year old son. I was also looking forward to trying this out because it seemed a lot safer then how I did it as a kid in the oven.

Spy Gear - Spy Night Scope
Spy Gear is hot right now in the Casa de Vanek. We have an older pair of high powered night vision goggles from a few Christmases ago. They were big, bulky and expensive. When we received the Spy Gear Spy Night Scope goggles, I thought they would be expensive too, but they are super affordable at only $20.
